The Norwegian Animal Protection Alliance (NAPA) is a leading national charity for animals. The Norwegian Animal Protection Alliance’s Research Fund is our fund for research. The aim of the fund is to support research of high scientific quality that promotes the interests of animals.

The Norwegian Animal Protection Alliance’s Research Fund supports research at all levels

The Norwegian Animal Protection Alliance’s Research Fund supports research at all levels, including basic and applied research. In addition the fund can fund literature studies and practical development. 

We prioritize projects aiming to help those animals who need it the most in intensive husbandry.

The Norwegian Animal Protection Alliance’s Research Fund places significant importance on ethical methodology, and no projects receiving support from the fund may cause suffering or death to animals.
